When Do I Need To Order My Tent

Poolside Party

Poolside Party Tent Rental

Do one thing really really well…
Order your tent from ASAP Rental now.

We are often asked at ASAP Tent and Party Rentals “When do I need to order my…..(stuff)”?

You should order your tent as early as possible to avoid disappointment. While we can have many  tents on the shelf we quite often run out of specific sizes of tents or types of chairs.

If you order early you have the peace of mind that will lead to a better planned event. Another advantage of ordering early is that when we do not have availability we can make the necessary arrangements to get the missing items

The Phones at ASAP Tent and Party Rentals Are Working

As of morning the regular telephone number is working at ASAP Tent and Party Rentals.

Use 905 833-6756 as the main number.

If using the temporary numbers you can get busy signals,no service and no voicemail.

Email is also working and will go to a blackberry in case of technical outages.

As Usual Bell Canada is Broken aka ASAP’s phones don’t work

Broken Phone

Bell Canada

ASAP Tent and Party Rentals telephones are broken yet again. This is the third time in a month. The guy inservice  was apologetic and said they may restore service in a day or two June 22, 2011 by the end of tomorrow or something. He will send an e-mail on our behalf to Canada from his office (in some unnamed foreign country) to let them know.

Try us by snail mail. Oh I forgot, Canada Post doesn’t work either.

Our calls to get a refund for the last outage are being ignored. Am I surprised…not. Being without phones for 8 days in one month is disgraceful. It would not be quite so bad if they made a little effort to repair them but the service department is in some south Asian country and the do not have any ability to get things done.

You can phone us though so don’t panic. We paid our bell bill but they still don’t service us. Try us on our telus phone it seems to be working today. The temporary number is 905 833-3653 or 416 909-6873

BTW they said it was a computer glitch affecting many phones across Canada. What’s up?
